On occasion, one of our ZSupport Team members may ask to view a customer machine remotely, via the Zoom application. This will only be done from one of technicians after you have initiated a chat with us. This will NEVER be done via email or any other means of communication.
Zoom is a tool we use to be able to view and move around your computer remotely. This allows us to expedite a solution for you. No software is permanently installed on your machine and our support staff will ONLY utilize our specific chat window to send you a link for a Zoom session.
No ZSuite Support Staff member can access your machine without your specific approval. While supporting our clients is important to us, your computer security is paramount.
Again, NO ZSoft employee will ever send you a Zoom request via email or any other method other than our online chat tool. DO NOT click any links in emails or any other form of communication.
