ZSuite Account Types

Understanding how the accounts work can be a little difficult, so here is a detailed example of how the account system works in ZSuite.

Account types are either Administrative or Household.  

• Administrative accounts are 4-H staff and unit leaders, and have administrative tools associated with enrollment and unit management.  
• Household accounts consist of a primary account, adult volunteer, and youth member profiles.

• Household accounts consist of a Primary Household Account which handles the administrative functions for the household. 
• The Primary Account creates all Member and Adult Volunteer profile accounts for that household.
