Resetting Your Password

First, locate the ‘Forgot Password’ link at the bottom left side of the login box.
Once you click the link, the following window will appear:
Enter the email address associated with PRIMARY ZSuite account and click SUBMIT.
Check your email InBox for your Password Reset email from ZSuite. It will look like this:
Open the email and click the provided link.
You will be redirected to the following window, allowing you to create a new password.
The password and confirmation must match. When done, click the RESET button and
you will be redirected back to the ZSuite login page.
Login using your new password.
