Managing Households

The Managing Households function can be accessed by clicking the ^ on the Managing Accounts button on the menu to the left.


You can search for Households by last name or email address through the search feature.

Households are listed by Last Name. You can view household email address and see the number of active enrollments within the household. The Household's primary county is listed. 

Other functions from this screen:

  • Temporary Password - County Admins can create a temporary household password. When the household logging in with the temp password the user will be prompted to reset the password.
  • Flag a Household=- When a Household account is flagged, they cannot login in and cannot edit account information.
  • Edit - Editing an account from this screen allows you to update household.
