Sent Email metrics provides very useful information to see how well your audience checks emails as well as monitoring bounced/dropped emails and bad email addresses. See Non-Delivery Troubleshooting


To review sent email metrics:

1. Login to your ZSuite admin account

2. Click on Email icon on left menu

3. Click on Mailjet icon

4. From Campaigns list click on 'Sent' (see image below)



You can search for the desired campaign by title or subject from the search bar or scroll down. Depending on the number of campaigns you have sent you may see the option to click through by page(s).


5. Click on the name of the campaign. You will be taken to the sent email overview. In the example below you can see this was a successful campaign, 100% delivered. That said, only 38% of the audience opened the email, if it was urgent information you can resend to non-openers maybe alter the pre-header of the email to indicate to early respondents that if you have already responded, please disregard. From here you have the option to download the report and you can view more metrics.



Additional Metrics include total opens, number of messages opened, total clicks, and if your campaign included links what the top links were to name a few. If you scroll down you can see a breakdown of email providers.



Non-Delivery Menu

1. From your sent email overview click on the tab entitled 'Non-Delivery' (see image below)



From this menu you have the opportunity to review non-delivered emails by action - Blocked, Soft-bounced, Hard-bounced, and Retrying

In the sample above this is an example of a hard-bounced email because the email address is not valid.
