Volunteer Re-Enrollment


Login at 4h.zsuite.org

To manage your enrollment, click on the PRIMARY profile and enter your 4-character PIN. 

  1. Click on the name of the volunteer to re-enroll.
  2. Click on ENROLL VOLUNTEER NOW.



  1. Here you will enter the requested member information. When you are done with that, click NEXT.
  2. Here you will read and electronically sign the 4-H participation waivers. When you are done, click NEXT. 
  3. Here is where you will select your club or clubs and desired projects. There may be clubs and projects listed that carried over from your volunteer enrollment during the last program year.
  4. To add clubs, select your county. This defaults to the county submitted when you created your account. You may need to select another county to find your desired club.
  5. Select your Club from the drop-down menu. Select ADD CLUB.
  6. To add projects for any of the clubs, select ADD PROJECT for the desired clubs. Select the desired project from the drop-down menu. Select ADD PROJECT and selection will be added to the club. Feel free to add additional clubs or projects. If you make a mistake or wish to remove a project, select the X and confirm you wish to delete the project.
  7. When done making your selections, click ADD TO CART.
  8. You will be taken to the cart checkout. If you need to add additional members feel free to do that.
  9. Once you have added all additional members or volunteers, click pay for enrollments on the main screen.
  10. Enter your payment information on the cart checkout, if applicable.
  11. Once that is complete, your enrollments will be submitted to the county extension office for review. Your enrollment status will be changed upon review and receipt of payment if applicable.


If there are enrollment requirements such as background screening, training, etc. those elements must be completed before your enrollment will be approved. Please note this varies state by state, check with your local Extension Office for further information.


Enrollment records need to be active/green status before engaging in 4-H activities and to register for events.
