Understanding how the accounts work can be a little difficult, so here is a detailed example of how
the account system works in ZSuite.


Account types are either Administrative or Household.  

  • Administrative accounts are the actual 4-H staff and club leaders, and have administrative tools associated with club management.  
  • Household accounts consist of parent/guardian (primary account), adult volunteer, and club member profiles, which can perform member/volunteer
    level activities.


Below is an example of the Administrative account types and some of their associated functionalities:

  • Household accounts consist of a Primary Household Account which handles the administrative functions for the household.  
  • The Primary Account then creates all Member profile accounts that will exist for that household.  The Primary Account can also create Secondary Parent accounts which can view all Member Account activities.
