You can view/manage enrollments from the Dashboard and if you click the ^ on the Manage Accounts button and click 'Enrollments'

Change the toggle button from 'View Volunteer Enrollments' to 'View Club Member Enrollments'


From this screen you will see member name, county, 4-H Age, enrollment submission date, enrollment status, etc.  In the example below you can see there is a column to record payment, county approval and test requirement.


Enrollment status

  • Active Status = Green
  • Pending Approval = Yellow
  • In Progress = Red
  • Pending Payment = Blue



To update/edit this information use the horizontal scroll at the bottom, move the screen to the right, and click the pencil icon. The payment, county approval fields can be updated. Once all information has been edited be sure to scroll down and click the blue 'Save' button.




If payment and all required information has been received click green approve check mark. If information is missing the enrollment can be returned by clicking the red X mark.
