The Managing Households function can be accessed by clicking the ^ on the Managing Accounts button on the menu to the left



You can search for Households by last name or email address through the search feature


Households are listed by First Name. You can view household email address and see the number of active enrollments within the household. The Household's primary county is listed. 


Other functions from this screen:

  • View As - The 'View As' user allows you to view as the family, as a county admin you can access the primary household account and any affiliated enrollments for that household.
  • Change Password - County Admins can change/update a household's password. This is only a temp password, upon the household logging in with the temp password the user will be prompted to reset the password.
  • Flags - When an account is flagged an individual can not login in and can not edit account information. 
  • Editing an account from this screen allows you to update household
